Origin of Expresso Machines

Let us discuss here the history of an earlier version of an espresso machine which began in the 20th century. It is known to have been invented in 1903 by an Italian called Bazzera who also had patent for it. Bazzera business did not fare well so he sold his patent for about 5 €. It was then later bought by another Italian, Pavoni who later partnered with Vittoria Arduino  in order to develop espresso machines in 1905. This machine uses very high pressure in order to press water inside ground coffee and voila, then espresso came into existence.

Later in 1961 Faema brought new revolutions in espresso industry that too by presenting first pump driven espresso machine. Also till date the pump driven machine can supply our beloved espressos, the old way of producing coffee as there are still some people who enjoy the handicraft coming with piston machine.

In order to make the perfect espresso, everything from bean to cup has to be of extreme top quality. The Arabica bean is considered of the best quality and flavor and is loved and owned by many coffee enthusiasts. Once some Robusta beans are mixed with the Arabica beans that actually gives espresso a better and more distinguished flavor. Actually to find your personal perfect blend needs some experiments.

Here it should be very much true that beans really need to be fresh and roasted ones have become dark and strong in flavor. Also to make the best espresso beans they should be ground before brewing, meaning that the main aim here is for those who want to make good espressos at home just need to purchase good grinder and need to always buy fresh beans whole. These days many types of espresso coffee makers are already available in market for coffee lovers.
